I help small business owners wade through the mountains of admin so that they can see out the other side. I gained over 20 years of secretarial and PA experience in the city of London.

From board level meetings to internal communications, I’ve done a bit of everything over the years. Not a lot phases me and I I’m a social media geek and love keeping up with all the changes.

I’m a calm person and like to get on with tasks. You’ll find me with my to-do list in my home office in south east London.

Words are my thing and I love blogging and amending copy for clients, so reading is also high on my list.

I gained a English Literature Degree from the Open University whilst working full time so I understand the pressure cooker feeling.
